Founded in 2019 by Jessie Cintron, PDRTX was built on a simple principle: customers deserve an automotive repair experience grounded in honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine care.
With deep roots in the automotive repair industry, Jessie started PDRTX as a specialized Paintless Dent Repair company focused on restoring vehicles properly while building lasting relationships within the community. Through years of hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what is right for every customer, PDRTX steadily grew into a trusted name in automotive repair.
As the company expanded, so did its capabilities. Today, PDRTX Smart Auto Repair provides a comprehensive range of services, including Paintless Dent Repair, collision repair, paint and bodywork, paint protection film, window tint, ceramic coatings, and vehicle calibrations.
Under Jessie’s leadership, PDRTX has grown into a team of more than 20 experienced automotive professionals who share the same commitment to quality, precision, and customer service.
Our mission remains the same as it was from the beginning: to restore every vehicle with care, communicate honestly throughout the process, and provide our customers with an experience they can trust.

I’m Jessie Cintron, a passionate automotive industry professional with over 25 years of experience, dedicated husband, father, and a firm believer in the power of faith and community. Born and raised in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, I was instilled with strong Christian beliefs and values from an early age. These principles have guided me throughout my life, shaping my character and influencing my decisions. I have always believed that integrity and hard work are the cornerstones of success. My journey in the automotive industry began over two decades ago, and it has been a fulfilling adventure. Throughout my career, I have founded and operated multiple Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) companies, honing my skills and expertise in this specialized field. My commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has allowed my businesses to thrive, and I take great pride in the positive impact we have on our clients. Family is at the heart of everything I do. I am happily married to my wonderful wife, Yomaira, and together we are raising three amazing boys: Noah, Jonah, and Cruz. They inspire me every day to be the best version of myself and to strive for greatness, both personally and professionally. As I look to the future, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. My vision is to empower those currently employed by PDRTX, helping them achieve their dreams and aspirations. I firmly believe in the philosophy that if you help enough people achieve their dreams, you’ll achieve yours in the process.
